I had two saved games, both waiting for convergence ignition. I’ve now finished both - I chose Atlantid in one, and Atlas in the other.
It now remains to be seen what appears at the synthesis companion once the expedition is properly over. Maybe I’ll get both. Maybe I’ll get kicked out of the spacing guild, and my commanding officer will break my multitool over his knee.

Folk who got the progression bug that allowed them to make the last choice early have noticed that the last choice you made is the one reflected at Nexus on other saves. At least that’s how it’s appearing…
Wait, did we all just pick Crimson last and assume that’s why our main save guys are crimson? Might need more data before we roll with it. Could even be a community percentage that decides whose brain is in the mainline nexus.

For me it’s showing the Atlantid (aka first choice), since i used the reload from restore point to get both helms.
I just rechecked, it looks like it’s showing both (sometimes red text, other times purple)

I reckon it’s the same voice from the abyss so most likely Atlantid/kPrime, but the pirates interpretation of its promise, that they’ll get to live in a free universe devoid of any authoritarian oversight. Vague promises of freedom with the details filled in by those who hear it.

They link the authoritarian nature of the sentinels with the Atlas and that is the reason they want to rid themselves of the oversight of the crimson eye.
Thing is, I believe they do not have all the facts. Is the Atlas really responsible for the behavior of the sentinels or is it a result of the program deteriorating, or has it been infected with a virus? So many questions.
Whatever the facts, I have decided to go all in on the pirate/anti- atlas cause with my PS5 save.
It is kinda nice to play thru these story line missions after so many updates.

From what I know, Atlas isn’t directly involved with why the sentinels are the way they are.
From certain perspectives, Atlas is indirectly involved.
Though, yeah, Pirates don’t have all the information and could be manipulated by something, by using their disdain of Atlas.
Reason being, is that the Sentinels could hear the deletion of Korvax Prime, echoed in every rock, plant, and lifeform. That pain and torment more or less corrupted the program itself. Atlas has done nothing to stop them, so they took it’s complacency as allowance to attack anything that reminds them of Korvax Prime.

Been thinking about this Collosal Archive entry ever since the Autophages first appeared with Interceptor.
This archive has been severed from all others of its kind. The entities that built it appear to be running secret experiments.

These words continue on for hours, an electronic being sometimes launching into a sequence of tonal cries, weeping expressed in numbers.
I - kzzkt - 19 - kzzkt - back - I would like to come back.
A sequence of lights flash, registering the request. The entity is reconnected to its group mind.

The entity is disconnected and reconnected, again and again with increasing rapidity. They grow silent. Eventually, even when reconnected, they refuse to speak.
An individual has been re-created. The experiment is deemed a success.
I used to think it was a Korvax experiencing the disconnection/Enslaving process the Gek First Spawn would perform (covered in detail somewhat in Gek Col Archives)
But what if its an earlier attempt to bring the Atlantid into being? It’s the only reference to 19 I’m aware of outside of recent Autophage additions.
I’m still leaning towards it being part of the Gek enslavement proccess (I’ll post that entry below) but interested on what other people think.

There are more than 16 words unlocked (36), although quite a few are merely a variation. However, if you take the variations out, we are still left with more than 16 words. Hard to make a proper sentence, but interesting to see some possible sentence variations.
