Does anyone know the importance of the Divergence Cube yet?
Does it work like the Convergence cubes we know, but instead connected to the list souls from Korvax Prime?

We’ve had the cubes appear before but I’m unsure if this one has a purpose beyond being a curiosity & a minor trade good.
I’ve kept mine for now, just in case it is needed in the final stages of the expedition.
(I dumped all the faecium we kept getting throughout the mission, only to find out I needed it towards the end so you just never know)

I have quit a few of these oddball items from missions in the game. I have kept them all. And the quanta…whatever stuff. We got some of that in an expedition before too. It is still sitting in my storage.

Thanks for posting! I think we already analysed these in another thread. Currently we don’t see any other message in it than that the alien sender is intelligent enough to understand mathematics, such as primes. (Like in movies when trying to find a shared language with aliens.)

I’d love to have a space station or somewhere we can have an enormous Butterfly House or huge collections (like stacked shelves) or something of all the creatures we might have in our Wonders Records. Maybe one or two might escape and run riot around our freighters or space stations and we need co-op play to help catch them…expecially if they’re little green aggressive critters : D

I’ve previously submitted a suggestion to have the ability to gather varied bones to make up a skeleton.
The bones could be spread over a system or even a few nearby systems. A weekend mission could have multiple players gathering the bones and turning then into the Anomaly.
As separate play, it could be a guild mission.

Also, heads up (im also gonna submit a bug report) there seems to be a bug where the progress is not updated for you. Or at least that was the case for me, so you can’t check the community progress.

This was happening for users on PC over the weekend and on discovery page it was showing a failure to connect to discovery services. The progress bar also disappeared during this period. If it’s still like this check and see if you’re connected to online services, it could be connected so a simple reboot might be enough to resolve the issue.

I was able to connect to multiplayer, even restarted the connection and ensured I saw other users in the Anomaly. No dice

You can still be connected to multiplayer but not have connection to online services, its a weird one. On discovery page down bottom left theres a status for connection to discovery services, this service can be down without effecting the rest of multiplayer and is whats feeding the data to and from hg’s server for community effort.
When it happened over the weekend and nobody could connect to online services on PC (could still see other players but not custom discovered system names) HG said it was due to high server activity so it could also just be people spamming seeds so much for tier 5 its breaking again ’ ^ _ ^
