I just noticed that the price changed from last week (3,500) to today’s (1/1000) .
The keen-eyed among you have probably already seen this.

I just realized yesterday, that you can push left/right and categorize QS items.

Ive been thinking about how much the void egg mystery reminds me of when the Pokemon trainers had the mystery egg that eventually hatched into Togepi

If the whole point of that thing is to hatch into something, it better hatch into Godzila and lay waste to my base and I have to follow a quest line about hubris and being careful with the unknown to get rid of it again. I’d dig that. Pets… not so much. Not a pet person.

Still dont understand the lonely orb of water part.Could it be beacuse the planet is wet because of the rain
or is it because at the north pole there is a small lake.

I thought it was odd that the location pushpin icon is at the bottom of the “egg” planet in Discoveries when you are at the north pole. I assumed that the pushpin was wrong, but what if the compass is wrong rather than the pushpin being wrong?
It turns out that the other pole is more interesting and matches the clues a little better. I won’t spoil it any further in case someone wants to visit.

In reality there’s no such thing as north and south
Much less in a video game. The instruction says “where north reaches it’s peak”, so we go as far in the direction the game considers north as we can get. Also, devlinpixy already found a building close by that is related to the quest.

The final location is ‘known’ as @jedidia mentioned. The final mission stage uses a ScanEvent for a specific type of building at specified coordinates. I mentioned this earlier, but did not want to spoil those coordinates, even though several others have by now found this location.
