This is my attempt at solving the first message in this curious story. : D
Hidden for those who want to try their own attempts. : )

Summary

“[F]ive days ago, this arduous task to stop the [H]ive began. They made us die and change our bodies so the ship wouldn’t recognize us. They interrogated us to find out how we behaved and split us into factions; we even had to die yet again after seeing one of the Atlas interfaces destroyed by the [H]ive. All of this feels like a cruel twist of fate, especially since I must help the very thing I remember rebelling against before. I hate you, [A]tlas.”

The code appears to be a simple character shift where most numbers correspond to ASCII values +2, with a few corrupted values mixed in.

Note the corrupted numbers appear to be the SHIFT key altering numbers by 32. I’ve indicated the with the letters using the Shift key 32 shift and mapped them correctly with the ASCii table.

This got me curious if it was ARG related to Emily’s disappearance…Hmmn Onto trying to decode the others.

Over the past five days, I have encountered strange stories that I didn’t want to consider, but among them they speak of almost the same thing:

All of this bears a resemblance to the history of the purge brought about by the Sentinels eons ago — the one initiated by the Vy’keen but which expanded across the entire universe and its races.
