Items purchased at the anomaly

I’ve had a several issues with items I purchase at the anomaly , its says already owned.
but it doesn’t appear anywhere for me to create.

Purchased the jet packs, go to add them , no where to be see…
decorations etc…,
NOTE:
This started to happen when the system crashed and had to reload - PS5

Yes. What @dersvr stated. It is not always clear that some items are constructed and other are appearance items from the modifier.
