I keep seeing HUD symbol I don’t yet know … jan 2024. Is there a list of them all somewhere ? Sorry if this is already discussed but I haven’t found that

Thank you … it has gone now…it is just I haven’t played for about 6 years and begging again so many changes and new symbols I am after a list of All the Hud symbols really xxx

Oh, are you talking about one of those glitchy images that sometimes appear after a loading screen? Those are just bugs that show some item image from the files I think

@Linshell : I have added a fitting category to your new topic.
If I were to guess, bottom right, red shield like icon? If so, it means your inventory is full (either exosuit or ship).
Also on the bottom right it could show a red icon made of hexagon shapes, which would mean being out of charge for the ‘cloaking device’ (if installed).
As said though, feel free to post an image if you have any others that are unclear to you

On PS5 at least, there was a bug that made the recharge cloaking device icon always appear red if you did not have the cloaking device installed, after you installed it once on any of your multi-tools. I think that bug has been fixed though

I can see them there it is just I don’t know what most of the symbols mean and wondered if there was a sort of directory or list where I could look them up…I found a list on NMS blog spot but it was from 2016 so wish to learn the newer ones since then x

So, there is nothing I can find that has up to date HUD info. It might be a nice project to start a thread where we catalog this info.
Here is fandom, which I usually stay away from due to being over run with ads but, it was last updated with Foundation
