I think HADES would be a great name and also fits well with a malicious program. Hades brings to mind the malicious program from Horizon Zero Dawn. It was actually quite scarey too.

Saying Hades is the flip side of Atlas in greek mythos is quite a stretch. Like, I’m not sure you can stretch anything that far without tearing it.
On the other hand, we already have the abyss as a kind of mysterious malicious entity (I mean, not that the Atlas is good, exactly…), so I would hope they don’t just introduce a new one without exploring that further.
