if my number system is right, that would be call 098
that is based on some of the info at the NMSCD alphabet page and some of my own work (dont have picures to share atm)

i’m thinking it’s “call 097”
i’m using a 4 digit binary number as a base with the digits starting on the left bottom, left top, right top, right bottom

I have never been convinced by the 9. Might as well be 2 <> Korvet 2000 and Atlas 23rd.
(16 is the 23rd value in hex if you include 0)

i think they just used the same char for both F and 1…sloppy, but not unheard of
