Well. Bummed. I finally found time to play No Man’s Sky, my new Controller arrived, and the PC was all updated and ready to go.
I’d recalled that the Expedition lasted till April 8. But when I started the game this weekend, I got the “too late” type message.
I hope Hello Games has a repeat expedition “season” like they did last year. Maybe I’ll get to play the expedition then.
Update: On April 7 that same Steam Exobiology display showed “will end in 8 hours”
Right. Still kinda bummed that Hello Games never fixed that!
That stinks. I know they time out because there would not be enough time to finish but today seems like too soon. Maybe it is because of needing to hatch an egg and develop your attachment with your pets.
I am sorry to hear, too bad! I did not have time to play this one myself either, but assume there will be another repeat at some point.
I did update the countdown timer, including a note about starting a save not being possible 48 hrs prior to expiring. Will make sure to have it added/linked in the top post again a next time.
I Hope HG will repeat it for you and others who couldn’t get to it. Personally I hope they repeat all of them because I missed the first one, and would love to check that one out and complete the set.
