This is my opinion, but I don’t get the point of sending and spending money on the Atlas Pass if there was not a purpose for it. And why not all 10 thousands of them had been sent out yet. They classified us with numbers and they have to be a reason for it because why waste the time to classify thousands of people. I got my Lv 4 pass a long time ago and it’s great to have it, I just feel like there should a point of it. Maybe it’s in the NEXT Update
