I think it’s fitting the first site to come up on a google search of the topic, is New Atlas.

Was obsessed with this manuscript in my teens, looks like they might be on to something at last.

Also, in case anyone missed it, a budding botanist made his own Voynich styled notebook while documenting their NMS journey.
