There’s a fun tidbit about everyone’s favourite battlecry that I never shared here for some reason.
In south-slavic languages, Grah is actually a word. It means… bean soup!
This is doubly funny, as there’s a common saying around it:
“Dobar grah se daleko cuje”, which translates to this threads title.
It is a reference to the digestive properties of the dish, but is of course just as accurate for a Vy’keen GRAH! 
Maybe Vykeens just like bean soup.
Now i have a doubt… Do they really SAY grah or … ? Geks give out smells already so… i don’t know

So are all the races unique traits just Fart jokes? The gek have their pleasent gas, vykeen have grah, and I suppose Eheu is the sound someone makes when they’re embarrassed by the sudden loudness of their own fart?
Sounds more like the sound you might make when you smell it. Eh? Ewwwww!
Come to think of it, the crimson orb of the Atlas does sound like it has an upset tummy. Perhaps we should consider parking our ship somewhere not so central in the Atlas Station ‘throne’ room?
When in my early twenties we used to go to a Polish restaurant once a month for a treat: a huge bowl (and I mean HUGE) of Bean Soup with Sausage! I’ve never tasted anything so good.
This brought back some lovely memories. Thank you!
