Considering that the satellite is a Real Object In Space (and not just made up for the ARG), it is not speeding up.

Probably nothing but re-reading the command list on waking titan …16 is more interesting these days… a warning on repeat. 16 shorts bursts of data …

I dont know lol maybe nothing but 16 is important …maybe we are missing something obvious. There might be data in the 25 audio clips that weve missed . Or maybe we just have to wait

Yeah also looking back at phase one we got them muddled sequences of letters and had to solve the bifid ciphers but had a keyword to help on the mutliverse-75 homepage and the names of these audio files are similar …not my field but i cant think of anything else at the moment

Test made in France:
Using SJ 16-02 Satellite details 2016-043A NORAD 41634 I had a “window” between 10h36 and 10h49 (GMT) with a best elevation at 10h43 (only 76°).
At 10h35 i still had the “No signal” and 1mn later:

The signal stayed the same, even at the best elevation, until 10h49 and returned to “No Signal”.
I just can say that i had something to hear exactly during the window given by n2yo.

Just retracing the 4 last recordings… seems to me that it’s always the same… I was suggesting a morse code? I guess that lead has already been studied?

Yes, someone on the Game Detectives Discord tried to match the audio scans with Morse code…and ended up “kinda” with the word “winter”. But nothing has been connected with the word, it was tried and failed to be the code word in the Satcom-70 Uplink.
People are trying all kinds of theories now. Maybe the audio file #27 was the key to the other audio files. Maybe we need to combine the files as a Fibonacci sequence. So #1 + #2, #2 + #3, #3 + # 5, etc. Or maybe combine 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21 all together. We are in the head-scratching-phase of the NEXT Arg. -)

Sounds to me like the pitch has been changed and slowed down,has any of these been changed at all???sped up ect
