I agree we may want a new category for the continued ARG. As a leader it is however not in my power to create this myself, so I will pass this on to the higher ups. For now ‘No Man’s Sky - General Discussion’ seems most appropriate.

and a least one mentioned but not identified yet that is hunting the traaveller,
or if i remember correctly is outside the galaxy, in the void of space looking in
wanting, waiting to kill the traveller

Its also suggested there’s a Cthulhu-esque being “in the water” according to those logs you find in the bases choked by the fungus growth.
Also there’s whatever made the Sentinels turn against the Atlas (probably one of the aforementioned ones)

Yes, the “water” is also mentioned in crashed freighter lore “we drank the water” and in Operation Centre lore “the abyss”.

In multiple Lovecraft stories, water is a source of terror, especially in relation to Cthulhu, as he is asleep under water. Considering all the Lovecraft nods we’ve had so far…

And one portal glyph looks like water associated with a star or planet. Some label that glyph as sunset, but the “waves” appear pretty clear to my eye and would seem important.

I think the Atlas is a dreamcarnation of Emily. So it’s Emily but only semi-conciously, and If she ever wakes up, the NMS universe is gone.

At one point I was holding the hex code for mirror up to the mirror to see if it could be read as a word. 
if the pictures did represent a portal address should they be sort to spell Mirror… MirrorMirror or Mirrorrorrim… Two mirrors is the clue, just like it takes two mirrors to make an infinity mirror image.

I think “mirror” is like the word “portal” which we got at the beginning of the first Waking Titan; it’s not an answer to anything, but describes a new feature the game will get.

Yes. I think the story will could involve a mirror to uncover what we look like and this will then tie into us being able to see each other in multiplayer.
They kind of need to address that before we start seeing other travelers. That is unless they make your traveler customizable.

Is anyone else internally imploding? Waking Titan excites me in ways ZERO other game updates ever have. I need more of it in my life.

because that’s when we had to take those pictures.
There are seven cities active on the map and there are seven pictures without (1), (2), etc in their name.
Idk if it means anything, but maybe.

On the top right of the document it looks like B00 … It couldn’t be in relation to D00-A from before could it? When we uncovered the exotic class ship image for the 1st time?
