Unknown Worlds would like to spread the word. SUBNAUTICA is now available on PS4 and XBOX1.
They are also working on a stand alone expansion to Subnautica called Below Zero.

Hasn’t it been on the XBox already in the early access period?
I do not know. I do not have an XBox1.
