I was in Buldallanger after the reset in the story line, then started a new game back in Euclid where I am encountering glitches etc… that I had forgotten about. Seems to be much more frequent in Euclid.

Agreed. I need an explanation here. Was someone moving around in space? Outside their ship? Did someone land on an asteroid or something?

no, just remember that is coming, EMILY knows best knows what you are thinking and knows the outcome.
Walking on asteroids has been discussed because the Javelin has it mentioned in it’s description, it can be used on asteroids.
