I like to play with focus, fog, and time of day when taking photos. Nice ones!

I have developed a weird habit of turning ~180 degrees, pressing F just above the horizon, and turning back, before taking a screenshot (if I want full light on the subject)…

I try and use the time of the day scroll to have the sun in the planets natural position.
Occasionally I will do the 180 “move sun” trick if the situation calls for it. I mostly do this for fauna come to think of it

I also test the look at varied times. Sometimes a dusk or dawn shot looks incredible. And you can can get some great silhouette photos at dusk, night, and dawn too.

I must have been to twenty different ruined variants before it dawned on me it might be only on ruined biomes that also have ancient bones.
Found one within ten minutes after arriving to one that had ancient bones.
Those are my best tips.
I want to find one for every ruined biome variant now.
The advanced search filters on Haven map work now, I was using that to get my search candidates for this though the resource list is bugged and missing ancient bones so i had to check through the ruined result entries for those specificially.
Oh yeah, also needs to be a purple system I think or its more common, not sure.
