There is an appearance modifier right around the corner, lol. But I have only seen one person use it. ![]()
I was following a marker for a drop pod location when a crashed freighter started to loom in the horizon…
The drop pod ended up being behind where the freighters thrusters were so I figured I would walk up the incline of its Hull to take in the view before jetpaxking down.
I was even thinking, how interesting… for a drop pod to be close to the crash site.
Stories started building in my head of what happened above the atmosphere.
As I reached the top, that’s when I saw it…
Another freighter, with the same colours and insignia as its sister ship.
No doubt some ancient war took place above this planet or, perhaps it was pirates or maybe just an unfortunate collision or cosmic event?
Either way it looks like one person managed to make it out alive…
I wonder what became of them? Were they traveller? Or wanderer?
Also here’s a bonus image of a food party I stumbled upon for the why nots.
Oh and this popper that needed a little support from some friends

It took me a while to figure out that after entering Photo Mode, the F12 key (on a PC) added the NMS location data to the screenshot. Pressing the left mouse button took the photo without that, which is what I’d normally want.
Of course, I still have no idea how to choose the “Copy Address” or “Hide” options that display along with the portal glyphs and text in Photo Mode.
Show me the title first. ![]()
Yes. I have an issue with my mouse and controller buttons cropping my pictures…it is frustrating. So for now, I am stuck with F12. I notice there is a hide option on screen but no way to access it. Hoping HG will get around to that sooner or later.
I believe these were introduced in Visions. I can’t read what it says though ![]()
Was there before BEYOND and interestingly the symbols are the same as those on salvageable crashed satellites where nasty corrupted sentinels pop out.
