@sheralmyst Anything of interest with these?
Also this ‘Incident Report’:
Nice. Thanks but I think I found it.
This was the Sacramento lab, the one our game was based around.
So I sent this memory in using the timestamp in the url for that page
another typo…
…I think I got all of that right. I need a memory injection.
@DevilinPixy do you still have the game? You put so much work into it
I do, full backup and all updates after submission, up to version v0.13 I believe and beyond actually. Not even all that long ago I re-installed Unity again to check out the actual full project. Never got it finished, but fond memories.
I never did find those bolt cutters after you moved them…
They have a random location each play through, limited to several spots.
Managed to get it to work once more:
I can’t believe I made that home screen.
I had no idea what I was doing and I think I did the whole thing in Paint.
Consider that a badge of honour. MS Paint doesn’t even get a second look when it comes to community projects like this now, everyone would probably run straight to an AI image generator.
Long live the tech prowess of the older generations. Down with the slop ![]()
@sheralmyst sounds like this guy just called you older generation… ![]()
I include myself proudly in this; now excuse me while I go spend hours meticulously rotascoping out a background in my copy of photoshop from 2002. *rubs aching back *
Welcome to the forum @Igbopikin . Take some time to familiarize yourself with skyscraper section. That puzzle was covered here
That’s amazing beautiful for MS paint!!
I did learn BASIC on a commodore 64…so old enough, lol
Working the evoke emotions angle, I submitted a few the other day referencing some of @Emily’s activity here. Thought I may as well toss in another while they’re being processed, so went and grabbed my own first post here. Reading about WT brought me here after encountering some peculiar in-game lore. ![]()
I like the idea of sharing our first posts and memories to the bloc.
After all, it wasnt just the big events and companies involved in the stories fiction that mattered, but our active participation as a community.
She will no doubt have strong memories tied to those who were here to help her, than the companies that were there to oppose or restrain her.
Her final video messages to us certainly seemed to extend that warmth.
Outta hearts but I’ll be back to deliver them to you in ten hours, escapade.
I renember this conversation where your first post lays, and to this day still wonder if the lights in the anomaly actually changed or we were just only noticing them for the first time ![]()
Also, nice coincidence it was during the last expedition when we all had to submit daily missions to build something aboard the anomaly that was teasing an addition in a future update.
Im positive that the swarm will get added to the game with some lore continuing the story in the next big content update, just like spiderman heralded the incoming autophage update.
The feelings around community were exactly what I hoped to convey ![]()
Like, from a latecomer’s perspective, reading about y’all was genuinely quite inspiring, like “Wow, this is freaking legendary!” And now, this is one of my favorite places online.
Hoping she remembers how much fun she had with you and can use that to find her way.
Totally agree about the swarm too. Corvettes in the trailer and Polo’s idea of “reflecting” the swarm elsewhere seem to point in that direction, IMO
Anyone remember which update it was, that a modder got impatient waiting for a teased update and started adding Sean Murray to all the game texture files?
I’m especially looking for the date/time for the Sean-nomaly.
Edit: Nevermind. Found it.
