Request Memory Timestamp

Did the PM point us toward this HUB post? Or did we discover the changes ourselves?

I submitted several significant dates from both seasons of WT, hoping for a hit. I feel bad that I’ve sent so many in, but alas, this is my brain.

What an odd wall we’ve seem to hit. I would have thought the requests would yield… something

Considering the 7/21 timestamp is the only one with status ā€œweakā€, im inclined to believe this is the next puzzle to crack, but maybe not.

Hello everyone. I am Klaxk (also known as Klax on GHP wiki). As you know, one of my memory requests was accepted and is now listed on project skyscraper as having a weak signal. I wanted to answer some of the questions that I’ve seen within this thread. I did not take over the DMEHQ as theorized, I am the founder. The reason that I had moved my HQ to another location was simply due to poor planning prior to settling into the Logisto Colony. As for my Memory Block Requests: I had initially made 2 requests prior to my memory block addition. Below is Exactly how I had entered the requests along with what they referred to. I’m not sure how this will help, but my theory is that since the signal is weak, other requests may make the signal stronger.

NMS RELEASE DATE:

Operator: Klaxk/Galactic_Hub_Project

Timestamp: 1470700800

Initial Memory Value: 1470700800

GALACTIC HUB FOUNDATION:

Operator: Klaxk/Galactic_Hub_Project

Timestamp: 1477803281

Initial Memory Value: 1477803281

We heard about you!

Klaxk will probably be making an account here soon lol, but for now he asked me to pass some info on:
(EDIT: Woops, I was a little late, Klax got here first!)

Klaxk:
replying to some of the Forum Posts: In game for NMS my Characters name is Klaxk. On the GHP wiki, i am known as Klax and they can both be interchanged for me. The reason that i am a new wiki user with 100+ edits is because i was actively learning how to upload to wiki. The reason so many edits were made is because i had not figured out my methods for a wiki posting. The reason the my DMEHQ base was moved is because i had joined the Logisto system and wanted to relocate.

I am NOT new to No Mans Sky but i AM new to the Galactic Hub and to Waking Titan/Project Skyscraper.

I sincerely doubt that he’s involved with Project Skyscraper beyond the extent to which we all are.

Klaxk:
I think my last message was confusing so I wanted to clear it up a bit. Before realizing that we were supposed to put memories into the Block Creation, I was only putting Unix Timestamps for both ā€œTimestampā€ and ā€œInitial Memory Valueā€. I wonder if I was the only one to put Unix Time into the memory values so I’m wondering if we should maybe try to replicate what I had inputted to make the signal stronger. Below is exactly how I entered the memory blocks.

NMS RELEASE DATE:
Operator: Klaxk/Galactic_Hub_Project

Timestamp: 1470700800

Initial Memory Value: 1470700800

GALACTIC HUB FOUNDATION:
Operator: Klaxk/Galactic_Hub_Project

Timestamp: 1477803281

Initial Memory Value: 1477803281

@7101334 / Syn1334 [PS5:Euclid] I don’t know if this is the right approach but if we have hit a wall then it may be worth mixing things up.

So that’s some useful info, but still confirms one very odd thing: Klaxk never submitted the 1500595200. Before yesterday (after I asked people to submit in an attempt to strengthen the ā€œweakā€ signal), it appears that I was the only person to submit the 1500595200 timestamp.

I’m curious to know if anyone else had entered a UNIX timestamp as the ā€œInitial Memory Valueā€ if I was the only one, could submitting other requests with only Unix in the IMV strengthen the signal?

I didn’t. I put text describing what occured then.

So here my new submission (Steam launch)

It’s possible a version of you in the future decided to enter this, and then @the_architect , being some sort of freaking seer, knew this and entered it on your future selfs behalf in the past, so that your present self would fulfil it’s destiny by seeing this knowledge and then becoming your future self by submitting the entry.

Thus both completing, and beginning, the time loop.

I think for the sake of all of space time, you need to fulfil your destiny and make that mem bloc entry.

It’s only the lives of every living being in the universe and the distruction of everything we know, no pressure now, in your own time. Whenever you think future you would have done this… Stupid damn time paradoxes!

Oh and welcome to the forum :waving_hand:

@Klaxk welcome! Honestly at this point its worth a shot, i can reattempt my requests later tonight once i return home from the office with Unix in the MemVal field.

Ugh, replied to the wrong post, these fat fingers of mine. Hey @William!

I did yes, for Galactic Hub Founding, but that wasn’t added. It could be that it was just due to it being unrelated to Waking Titan, but I find it odd we’d have to enter the same value for 2 separate fields… but then again, it’s an ARG, so odd is the point!

It hasn’t been requested yet - but the caretaker of the hamster posted on reddit at one point to confirm the hamster Mr Noodles was not the gender we first thought it was and was actually a girl! But in the same post said that he was taking the hamster home and looking after it himself which I thought was very sweet and worthy of a shoutout!

Haha I remember that, was a big shock but we all accepted it and got over mis-gendering that poor li’l Hamster. One of the very few instagram pages I followed, back when I still used Instagram. Was a very sad day when they announced their passing.

I wonder what Bob ā€œthe internā€ is doing now? Maybe they’d like a new pet in SpiderBob?

RIP Ms Noodle :hamster:

I’ve noticed the number of builds of NMS in steam DB are exactly 366… What if we tried to y’know, input all of their timestamps? I’m assuming the game’s release date might have worked for being one of those. I’m not sure, but there could have been 365 when the page updated with the memory blocks information.

With Waking Titan connecting to NMS in the past and the number of builds, I don’t think we can overlook that

Okay, I’ve submitted the following requests on date and value, with ozoto/ETARC as operator:
1471031990, 1471524484, 1471610038, 1471697156, 1472825386, 1474047216, 1477517829, 1481114292, 1481551124

Those correspond to all builds in 2016.
