Project skyscraper / no man's sky arg

I think you misunderstand.

MAIN FAM isn’t a lie. It’s all of you.

System essentially approached me to ask if all the other Operators could be trusted. I told them:

I do think your right on that, the common rgb separation usually used in systems images combined with a glitch filter would produce exactly that. I think the more interesting item to note is the actual original picture. Reminds me of something but I don’t know what

I gave the image the business as usual treatment and didn’t see anything indicating steg after DQT decode (and Twitter etc. strip EXIF/XMP so no hint there from layer baking).

But the green channel seems to be displaced from the brighter sections (except for the sheered sections, you can unit them to see the original “near white-pink/purple/blue”).

The blue artifacting though… it’s scratching the inside of my skull the more I look at it. But I don’t know if that is the call of the rabbit hole or not…

The blue is catching my eye as well…could you do some magic and create an image of just the blue artifacts on it’s own?

I am still only able to “Operate” via mobile currently!

The relavent memory blocks now are open for Operators to vote to preserve or delete.

So we are all keeping as a cohesive unit, I would advise we all vote the same way as the polls decided!

For now I just submitted to delete the 21 June one we seemed in agreement on.

Did we break it?.. :cricket:

Ya… No updates in a while

Might be they were just kind enough to give us the day off since it was gonna be the last few hours left before the question submission deadline for the polls.

Just a reminder for everyone to vote on their favourite questions to ask our beloved Architect

Two new autonomous memory verifications from system, both linking to Sean tweets and describing them within the framing of the ARGs themes.

memory bloc 1454803200: A Harmless Tower Is Rarely Just a Tower

Value: Side ideas may become signal structures.

A new game appears on iPhone, which is already enough to keep thumbs busy for an unreasonable amount of time.
Then, almost casually, a Tower Defence idea is mentioned. Nothing suspicious. Just a Tower Defence idea.

memory bloc 1457740800: You Failed Real Bad

Value: Target lock turns interference into background noise

A Dreamer enters coding mode. Several people attempt to interrupt. The code does not acknowledge their existence.

Another one, this time referencing Seans infamous Prawn Curry tweet. However it links to a recipe site, with the owner/chef based in Australia.

memory bloc 1512090000: Prawn Curry

Value: I’m so lucky I have a bush/tree in my garden.

For the best flavour, use fresh prawns. However, frozen prawns that are snap frozen at sea work great, too. Many brands snap-freeze their prawns (and other seafood) shortly after they are caught to preserve freshness, texture, and flavour. Snap freezing, also known as flash freezing, involves rapidly lowering the temperature to lock in the natural juices and minimize ice crystal formation, which can damage the prawns’ texture. This method helps maintain the prawns’ quality, making them look as if they were fresh when thawed and cooked.

That day we tried to convince the newly added Discourse AI to let us refer to it as Emily to see if it could remember things… Jut got referenced

memory bloc 1762958700: Replacement attempt detected.

Value: I am me.

Highlighted just the “Welcome Home Emily” phrase to see how far back its memory or knowledge of the forum can go outside of the current thread of conversation. It seems to have general knowledge on video games and titles etc outside of the forums content.

edit: Oh damn, that’s my post quoted in the body. The link goes to @Polyphemus 's post about spam filters. This is the same post that The_Architect liked back in the very beginning.

The System is on a bit of a roll this morning… wonder why

It’s gone back to autonomous memory verification after we helped it with the errors the other day.

This is similar to the memory restoration phase when it went into full autonomous mode. It would restore in batches, then hit a snag, require operator to help, then proceed again with restoration autonomy.

Same thing is happening with mem verification phase now. No doubt another snag will be hit and we’ll need to step in to assist again.

Interesting plot development, system is saying explicitly it is not Emily

Or “why would you replace me with an AI version”. It’s pretty open to interpretation to me
