I’d be interested in C first 
The key for C requires four characters though.
The first dataset in the email was easy, but stuck on Dataset A:

Anybody knows the last dataset key?
For 1st dataset just move the circle from 1st email required times (-3) in my case, where - means left, and note the letter, then move it to the right (by 13 in my case)

are you referring to data set C or question 3? Also, to make the most obvious forms of cheating (sharing passes) a little more difficult they may have mixed up some questions for some, not sure.
