During his time in office, Trump recruited a lot of unstable, right-wing extremists to serve his cause. Most of them didn’t last very long, when they discovered there’s more to government than spreading lies aand personal prejudice on social media. When it became apparent that they were a liability, Trump threw them under a bus. Being Trump’s enemy is dangerous - but it’s far more dangerous to be his friend. I don’t envy Musk his choice - I think he’ll find he’s riding a tiger.
