Did damn near everything ,but can’t seem to get the landing port blueprint??? (is it a bug?) Can someone please help me!!!

The Landing Pad blueprint should be rewarded through the Base Computer archives. Do you still have active quests going for it?

I was running Base Comp Archives, Blueprint Analyzer and Construction Overseer quests all at the same time. It was confusing…I had times when they seemed to get stuck so I moved forward with other quests and eventually they all opened up. Sorry you are having problems. Make sure you have the correct quest highlighted

Sometimes completing all other missions and clearing your log can help. Additionally, sometimes taking on a new mission and completing it, can free up locked things…I have no idea why.
Base mission objectives may interfere with you BI blueprints too. Complete them if you can.

Sometimes, the base missions need for you to make it your priority mission for it to continue to the next task. Of course, you will also need to be at one of your bases to interact with the base computer.

Make sure you have the Base Computer Archives mission selected in your Log before you interact with your base computer. This quest can be bugged; I have several bases and there were times where I was at the wrong base, and had to be at the last base I was at for it to continue.
Sometimes you can just build a new base computer on another planet and that will give the mission a kick in the ___ and it`ll start up again. Hope this helps!
