I figure it is also a clever play on words since we are waiting on the update to drop. SM can be quite clever sometimes. 
(Dropsy makes me want to run away screaming. I had a really bad clown experience when I was 5. Scarred me for life

The completion for all three tiers just went back to 0%.
Edit: Now it’s back to 98%. This happened both in-game and on the Galactic Atlas site.

I have read on twitter that some say the Trade Platforms may go away. I worked the weekend and daily mission and found in both cases, the Platforms were empty.
Checked a Celestial Archive and found only 4 NPCs. Far fewer than normal. Space Station is normal.
Is this just me or are others seeing the same?

Yep, the trade platform on the weekend mission was deserted.
What about normal platforms?

The one I went to for the daily mission was also empty.
Edit: apparently both were in uninhabited/abandoned systems…
