Haha I didn’t realise I’d done that until I was editing the footage, it’s one of those love hate feelings, like a roller-coaster. :joy:

@sheralmyst

Haha no never fell off though a big cathode TV fell on my head when I was eight or nine and sometimes I do wonder :smirk:

@johnnycloud

That was a fun read, beyond entertaining :wink:

Some hoodlums stripped my ship of its paint job when I wasn’t looking

This is what the inside of a knowledge stone looks like.

never seen the planets have clouds concentrated like this before. Made it look like it had poles. Its moon shared the same texture so putting it down to a glitch.

When I faced these bushes directly, they had greenery. When I turned my back on them, and then turned to look over my shoulders, they don’t have greenery :slight_smile:

Clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right, here I am, stuck in the middle with you. Or some variation of that.

Bring your kid to space station day

I didn’t expect VR would bring the coward out in me

A strange thing happened with the ruins in my base, they shifted slightly. Soil creep, confirmed! (day time shots are normal position, night time shots are when they moved. It reset back to normal when I jumped system and came back)

Draw distance?

The bushes? They were right behind me. Seems a lot of culling takes effect when your “character models” back is to things that don’t uncull when you turn your VR head. Whatever it takes to get this game running on PSVR, I’ll take it :slight_smile:

As for draw distance/render distance in general for VR, it is incredibly reduced as well for PSVR.

As for my ships lack of paint, it happened when I loaded in after a space station auto save. So I was right next to it. Returned after I spent some time talking to NPCs on board the station. I guess the hoodlums had a guilty conscience and repainted it for me :slight_smile:

There is so much weirdness in the Nexus. It’s as if stepping outside of time somehow messes with you on an atomic level.

I tried this on ps4 with a friend who plays the game for two hours every update then gets annoyed because he forgot the game just ain’t for him :joy:

I was in VR, he was regular. Sadly it seems the silly hand and head tracking on models is disabled for ps4 (or we were bugged, requires further testing) however my gun did move whatever direction I pointed while character models arm stayed in default mining tool armed position.
