NEXT First Impressions

I’m just awe struck. I expected some amazing things but my goodness this is what I saw the first time I ran the update - the first five minutes! My original save and a new start… Just gobsmacked. Hello Games it’s astonishing you should ALL be very proud of what you have created! I have no idea what to do lol Just wander I guess I have no time to play games any more! Now all I need to do is stop posting and go try Multiplayer. Oh. My. Goodness.
The sound track on the landscape and new ship was just haunting. I have no idea what it was yet either. I was literally transported onto the planet with such wonderful emotional (must be new) music.

I loaded up a fresh Creative to get a taste, and…
Everything I experienced was just… So refined, and richly detailed.

First thing I saw… A ringed planet on the horizon, and I never really quite fathomed what that would really be like, but it’s a breathtaking experience. And then I set through the clouds, and don’t get me started on those clouds…

I find myself just weaving in and out of them for just no apparent reason.

There’s mention of various scale adjustments in the patch-notes - partly because of the new third-person/avatar-model. <— similar to a pinch!

P.S. your second shot where player looking into knowledge stone is right on the money/units!
