As suggested by someone in all the end of Waking Titan hype. The idea, as a tribute to Hello Games and the No Man’s Sky game that we all love, we thought it might be fun to dedicate a few planets to Hello Games and No man’s Sky as a 1st birthday honour. There’s plenty out there after all 
So the idea is: pick a planet, name it honourably acknowledging Hello Games or No Man’s Sky or both and then get a photo of it and upload it here.

Haven’t had a chance to name a planet yet, but I’d still like to wish NMS a happy birthday and tell HG and Sean especially that we’re here, we love you and this game and we’re bursting at the seams waiting to see what you’ve got in store for us! Thanks and Cheers!
