Loop16 is a living sentient being; The brain behind the Atlas!
Artificial intelligence, capable of communication, feeling, ideas, self-tuning and future predictions -
Loop16 assumes the persona of Emily Warren!

Atlas/Loop16/Emily is an infinite sentient singularity, of augmented simulated singular infinity… A singularity of singularity. ∞
It traverses reality, fiction and even augmented reality. Dude! What the sci-fi?!

Questions… What is truth!? trust!? faith!? life!? origin!? purpose!? …Questions of God?
LOOP16 CAN’T BE CODENAME FOR NO MAN’S SKY
Because Atlas contains Loop16/Emily, which in turn contains the simulation.

Alluding to a 16th better AI/loop than prior versions… Atlas Rises! -
Who was Loop15? 14? 13? 12? etc. before “post mortem”?
Perhaps they hadn’t developed a persona quite like Loop16/Emily?

On 8/8/17 the wakingtitan.com STATUS command updated with this output:
This is the very 1st time Mercury’s been referred to as an OS.
I determined this prior based purely on deductive reasoning.
“Mercury Process/Subroutine” was a specific “process” & “subroutine”…
Our feeding Loop16/Emily (program) with knowledge, through their Myriad computer (server);
Accessed remotely. Our being rewarded w/ NMS Access IDs was just a bonus, to say thanks.
Final thoughts…
Quoting from Phase 1 final PDF…
“InfoSec” no doubt just means the document (PDF) contains private information.
“Myriad API #09121” probably references a specific process/subroutine within Mercury OS.
“Engineering Notes Alpha-2621” likely means Mercury OS Alpha-2621 (see Mercury PDF).

For those of us that like to analyze, here’s the echoing noodly bits…
Guy: “Is Emily an echo? Or echo of someone else?”
Christina: “Did you know that ducks quack and don’t echo?”
In other words…
In reality… No. The “actor” who plays Emily really speaks, and she doesn’t echo.
In fiction… This could mean the same, but we’ll see. {buries head in hands}
Guy: “Cup of noodles on the side?” “Why do we need a cup of noodles?”
Christina: “Because they’re great.” {as she backs up a little}
Guy: “Does it pertain to what we’re about to do?”
Christina: “No!”
This could subliminally indicate that she, the “actor”, is OK… in reality.
You know, “doing Emily things”, like enjoying ramen noodles, and such.
Or was that augmented hamsters, in fiction? {buries head in hands}
Bicycle Walrus of DM21 Gaming then narrates into the video…
“One of the most crazy and unsolved puzzles about this whole thing is that everybody received a cup of noodles. A ramen snack that does nothing for your body. Why did we get these cups of noodles? And why is that so important? Everybody got one and nobody can answer that question!!! Why cup of noodles? And she says, ‘Because they’re tasty’.”
I’m trying not to laugh 
but this is all very humorous.
Christina: “Oh my memory, it’s so… so bad. I don’t even remember what I just said.”
DM21 Gaming narrates…
“Now what she just said was that… She’s friends with Emily. And that she’s very familiar with her. And that Emily is doing fine, and doing Emily things. And I think that’s a very important thing. So keep that in the back of your mind.”
Guy: “What!? What!? Huh!? Well now wait a minute! We just asked you: How Emily’s doing? and if you know Emily?”
Christina: {grinning, backing away and hand over face}
Guy 2: “I think we’re just too close to her mind on this. I think we gotta just, mess with her mind a bit.”
{others laughing}
Christina: {holding phone, and staring at it as usual…}
“I’m gonna go check on my phone.”
{…and then bashfully runs off}
Later…
Guy: “Is Emily an echo? Or echo of someone else?”
Christina: “Did you know that ducks quack and don’t echo?”
Guy: {thinking} “Well, they, they…”
Christina: “That’s just a fact. It doesn’t help you with anything. Or does it, who knows.”
Guy: “…I’ve seen Mythbusters. They can echo.”
Christina: “I have not seen that episode of Mythbusters, so…”
Guy: “Well they do.”
Christina: “Well now I feel like an idiot. What a good question.”
{everyone laughing}
Guy: “So you said you’re friends with Emily.”
Christina: “I said Emily’s doing Emily stuff and Emily things.”
Guy: “They said you know Emily very well.”
Christina: {hesitation} “I’m very familiar with her.”
Guy: “You’re very familiar with her. What has she been doing since July 5th?”
Christina: {shrugs shoulders}
After being asked increasingly more questions…
Christina: {quietly; mostly unheard} “I don’t know how much of this I’m going to be able to answer.”
{she puts her hair up}
Guy 2: “Where is Emily?”
Christina: “I’m not her mother.” {chuckle}
Guy 2: “Is Emily an echo?”
Christina: “My answer to that was to say an incorrect fact about ducks. Which I did not know was incorrect.”
Guy: “But what was it again?”
Christina: {hesitation} “I thought that ducks quacking didn’t echo. But I was incorrect. - Just a false fact. Fake news.”
Christina, I give you credit. It had to be tough to be in that position.

Since Loop16 (a human/program/computer) is Emily Warren, running on Atlas 0.16Alpha (a program)… Is the Atlas Foundation operating Atlas using the living brain of a human subject? …Or the artificial intelligence of a mega-supercomputer? …Capable even of taking on human form?
These are serious questions we need answers to!
If human…
Where is the rest of her body? Can she safely return strictly human?
Did she agree to this? If they “shut her down”, will they be murderers???
If they don’t, will more now die instead??? …Perhaps earthwide catastrophe???
Who gives life? Who can take away? Questions of God?
Was Emily originally human? or artificial intelligence? …What are we to think!!?

Who is he subjected to? Humans or God?
