Thanks @Oshoryu for posting the patch notes and @Mad-Hatter for the repost.

I cannot wait to get home to play this.

I wish I could get it to even upload.
I’m getting a server error code CE408529.
Keeps slowing to a crawl then stopping. At this rate I’ll be sitting here babysitting it for hours.

Is the “Next Update” already included on the Xbox one disc? Or will you have to download the " Next Update" after installing No man’s sky hard game?

They’ll probably make you download it, but let me know if im wrong

Hey, that’s my screenshot thumbnail on the official No Man’s Sky site! :star_struck:

On the update notes page, Galactic Atlas Website section, the 2nd pic from the right. It’s from this submission: http://galacticatlas.nomanssky.com/poi/planet-30D6F7B244A9

Makes me feel a little better. Now if only the Steam update would kick in…

I think I may be missing something…I know there’s supposed to be some sort of terminal to put in our base that is used to learn more base building parts but I can’t figure out where it is or how to get it. The game has zero instructions for base building right now for my existing save…

I wonder what the personal forcefield and combat scope modules are for the multitool. Has anyone seen these?

The personal force field I only know is an alt fire tech but don’t know exactly what it’s for, haven’t built it yet.

It’s so weird to see the NPCs so animated, is very freaky. Also I have some comfort in the fact that if someday I need to play the almost completely unpatch version I’ll probably be happier because the only real update that ever got something I wanted was being able to name your ship and gun, and somewhat the freighter. But I still think the game was perfect when it came out.

Both of those are at the station I’m in, I’ll buy them and try them :upside_down_face:

Now this is intersting

Caused my first crash ( I had some missions active prior to patch and the abandon option is still there even though they’ve gone selecting crashes game)

Did that too…same result…I think I had finished all of my pending quests before the update but the option was there so I thought I’d select to see what I had to abandon and crash.

Lost my farm on my Freighter. Please tell me I’m missing an NPC to talk to.

Anyone know where to get Chromatic Metal?

I havent played yet, but according to the patch notes, they redesigned the intro of the game and the atlas rises story line. Apperently there is even a specific audio for a new game start. They seem to want all the 1st-timers to have a great experience playing the game for the first 30+ hours…

You need to build the portable refiner to process any of these
