My dad is trying No Man’s Sky and who knows what will happen

I really don’t think it’s a good idea to start inviting older people here.

They know nothing about games, and they don’t understand computers.

They wear polyester slacks, and listen to Jim Reeves records. They talk about neighbourhood committees.

Let’s just not do it, OK?

Now, now Pops, don’t get yourself excited.

As long as they don’t start going on about health issues. I do NOT want to hear about how their dentures don’t fit right and their rheumatiz is acting up.

Hey my dad is a computer geek! He builds his own…

You’re right about the slacks and Jim Reeves though lol

Hey, I’m over 18. It’s not like I’m a kid…

Shoot, I already get flak for “gaming” at my age; 48…

I’m looking forward to when I’m my dad’s age, when we’ll have REAL W/Are headsets!

You’re looking forward to real WARE headsets? Are you paying attention here?

Hey, I’m a dad (and a grand dad) and I’ve been playing No Man’s Sky for more than 412 hours, and I love it!

All these comments about there parents/ grandparents playing computer games is amazing. I still have to go over to my folks place and set up their tv properly. And when it comes to the computer… they are getting better though.

Of course I was being playfully imaginative. Like “one day we’ll have flying cars”…

Yes, I’m paying attention
