I definitely agree! MAIN FAM’s gathered some of the most warm, welcoming, helpful, kind, and impressive Operators from across the game that I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, many of whom might not have branched out if not for PSS.
I think we owe it to ourselves, and @the_architect to celebrate our collective alongside the rest of the community, no matter how young

We could try to schedule a community photo for the banners. It’s not as easy as it sounds, lol. Getting everyone into the same instance was near impossible so we photo shopped some members into the pic but it would be cool if it can be arranged
Then we can recreate the picture in LNF when system finally decides that remembering is not enough and creates her own world simulation……sorry hopium kicked in again.

In terms of activities, a community banner sounds like a fun thing to aim for. I think we might actually almost all fit in a singular instance if the servers decide to coordinate.

I didnt realise it at the time but it seems our issue during ETARC group photo was members playing on previous gen consoles only allowing some of us to get into their instance, or kicking others if they joined ours. I believe siroops was on ps4 
The player limit is a lot lower on those consoles, I think it caps at 8 but gets even lower with cross play.
Saw the same thing happening a lot during Grand Festival when it finally dawned on me what was happening.

The goal is to celebrate 10 years of No Man’s Sky together (all platforms) on 9 August 2026, with a special focus on 18:00 UTC, when we’ll challenge the 2016 peak of 212,613 concurrent players (Steam).
Feel free to invite MAIN FAM representatives to join the Thanks Hello Games Discord if needed, so they can access all the key information and coordinate with the other participating communities. You and other MAIN FAM Operators are already there.
And yes, feel free to register MAIN FAM as a participating civilisation and share any activities planned for the anniversary on the public NMS10 Discord.

Blocked out a layout for UPS and have an idea for interior decor… Just know I’ve set myself up for an absolute nightmare when it comes to the roof, but I’ll worry about that when I come to it.
It’s going to have essentially a train/bus terminal type main area for passengers to check departure times etc, as well as a mail room for parcels.
Umptious Piggyback Services will ultimately transport people and packages by air, sea and foot. All via the convenience of a piggyback from a fellow traveller who you will not be able to pay enough money to shut up during your journey. Keep in mind this will mean the journey by air will be very cramped. Transport by foot will be by way of a nearby land bridge that leads to the mainland. HEY! I’M SAM TOO!
