Possibly the MB version of the Atomium card: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/157912921669
Oh, this is getting exciting! Reference numbers donât match. This card is Ref 01-363
And your edit as well. InterestingâŚ
IRON BECOMES CRYSTAL!
Looks like an earlier print run?
Unless @the_architect mocked it up from the other postcard, and edited it to match what this one would be.
The Discord also pointed out that the âBEAUTIFUL BELGIUMâ logoâs lion has been replaced by Mannekin Pis, the statue.
It is the Mannekin Pis in the one @the_poet found too.
Thatâs why I think that newer one was used as the template., as the bar code matches.
All metals have a crystal structure. Manipulating this structure through alloying, heat treatment and physical deformation is 80% of what metallurgy is about.
@sheralmyst Posted about that statue in 2019 and the link immediately below links to the âEvent-Horizon Telescopeâ: Getting a laugh out of life - #55 by sheralmyst
Good grief. Iâm supposed to remember what I said in 2019? ![]()
It canât have been a hint to the password, because weâre only seeing Mannekin Pis again after knowing the password.
I wonder if @the_architect had seen the postcard with the âAtome de Ferâ wording?
I canât remember what I said at 2019 the time. ![]()
isnt that the thing that we thinged in the beginning⌠the nodes of the countries in one of the first posts that we drew on the world map
If you squint, maybe?
Might not be an exact match, but the Network idea brought me back to this moment.
So, assuming there was a non-Atomium one, thatâs probably the template postcard?
How did you find that?
At that network, itâs MB Artistic Views Editions, and the MB stands for Marc Boseret. The VDS one is just Artistic Views Editions. Possibly irrelevant, though?
Iâm wondering if the real bit we should be following is Kathleen, and this is all just a side-effect of the postcardâs âconstructionâ.
Barcodes are the same on the Marc Boseret version and the Vandersanden version. I guess they took over at some point.
I am very curious to see what the b-16 card is. If it exists at all.
I did a Google Lens search for just a section of the back side. I think it was from a similar postcard. I then ended up finding the VDS on some asian website. That site required a login to access, but the image opened in a new tab.
I canât seem to quite be able to repeat the actions as those Google Lens searches expire in history. I do not think it is all that relevant though. As it might be a partial mockup as mentioned.
Also interesting on the different use of âatomâ and âcrystalâ as others have found
Image search on this backside image with atom from June 6 2026 - Structural Analysis Report - Brussels - #121 by Vau1t
Shows a result here that uses crystal
All great detective work. Looks like many iterations with different symbols, dates, wording, etc.
This one specifically shows âAtomium - Sabam - Belgium 2009.â Lion symbol and Marc Boseret still there.
ARG shot shows the âAtomium - Sabam - Belgium 2011.â - With the new company and symbol attached.
So VDS Vandersanden took over between 2009 and 2011.
Is ref b-16 still something we should be looking for? And to what end?
I am honestly not sure, it may just be that Because 16, although it appears cut off.
