Skyborn pants glow.
For myself, they glow when using the appearance modifier and then continue for only a few seconds once finalized.
But on other players, they continue to glow.
I went to the Anomaly and wondered why this guys pants were glowing. 
I will try to get a pic later.
That sentence sounds like it wants to be a euphemism real bad.
Are your breeches glowing or are you just irradiating joy?
Needs a little more time in the workshop but I can see what you mean.
