@sheralmyst Cute! Did you make these?

At first glance I thought they were wearing kilts and that they might be nac mac feegle, but no, in that case they would have to have blue skin and not just blue hats as they are, in fact, a race of Pictsies. Still… cute. Which is also a give away because no one could call a nac mac feegle “cute”. More than once, anyway.

In case you’re wondering “What is this nonsense you spout?” I refer you to the Discworld, Terry Pratchett, Wee Free Men, etc.

I did not make them. They were sitting in a nearby store and I could not resist them. :couple_with_heart:

“If you do not yet know who the Nac Mac Feegle are: 1) be grateful for your uneventful life; and 2) be prepared to beat a retreat if you hear anyone about as high as your ankles shout ‘Crivens!’ They are, strictly speaking, one of the faerie folk, but it is probably not a good idea to tell them this if you are looking forward to a future in which you still have your teeth”

Everyone check the number before answering the phone. My mother’s cell phone rang and it showed the call as coming from Iran… :grimacing:

I thought you might like “Doctor Who: The Star Beast” on Disney+.

Wait, what is the Doctor doing on Disney?

To supposedly reach a larger audience and possibly allow for a bigger budget, perhaps partnership in new production going forward? The rights to Dr Who are not at play (yet).

Because Disney owns everything now

They had already done that. It was on Netflix once upon a time. Only BBC pulled it, because they thought they would make more money by putting it on their own streaming services. Guess that didn’t work out. Just sad that it’s going on Disney, of all things…

Watched it and enjoyed it. Rather predictable and not the best of The Doctor, but I enjoyed it all the same. Cozy viewing works for me right now. :two_hearts:

I thought I’d seen some gnarley homeless/drug addict droppings and scenarios in my city but damn… That’s something else.

Sean phoning his team from LA in a panic “THE DRAGONS! THEY HAVE SWORDS NOW! THEY MUST HAVE SWORDS!”

He really is the Peter Molyneux of our generation XD Except Sean knows how to programme and isnt just a dreamweaver, so I like to think he knows the techs limitations when running through fields yelling ideas.

So did Molyneux

I always got the impression he hadn’t written a line of code since maybe Theme Park '^ _^ Wild assumptions on my part.

I don’t think he could’ve founded lionhead without being an active participant in development. And their Debut “Black&White” was a pretty good game.
