I liked one of the comments below the vid: It is amazing what a little lead paint can do.
Wow, my neighborhood is doomed!
I was reading a while back about pyrex cooking ware. The original prototype had lead in the glass. I thought it was very forward thinking that they removed it for the production models. Of course, maybe they understood you should not consume it, but failed to realize we would consume it thru pipes and paint chips… and biting are lead sinkers to our fishing lines.
Reuters: High on ‘mad honey’, disoriented bear cub rescued in northwest Turkey.
Young bears nowadays just can’t keep their hands off the drugs. It’s not going to end well, I tell ya!
Well, I totally understand.
When my honey gets mad, it’s unBEARable. (Snicker, snort, guffaw)
As if I don’t have enough issues lately, it seems I now have a female coydog hanging around howling and looking at my dogs like they are a tasty snack…everyone has been locked away until they tranquilize this thing. For those who don’t know, that is half dog half coyote
Sure is pretty… --from a distance! >.> Good luck!
Mmmm, Chorizo…
“There’s a sucker born every minute.”
I read a while back that the amount of use of our electronic devices correlated with reduction in critical thinking.
A related study found that many people valued group membership and acceptance of a group’s values and beliefs more than facts.
That scary combination is at work today and evidenced in many areas of our lives … politics, anti-science behavior, and deniers of all types. It seems to be getting worse.
But that’s just my opinion. I’ll change it to match whatever y’all think.
I love all you people! I hope you still want me around when JFK returns from space and shuts down that Alaskan mind-control lab. I just hope we are all playing NMS together when that loud humming noise outside turns out to be robotic bees the government released to spy on us. You know what happens if they sting you…right?
Right back to the earliest societies we can glean any hard information about, there have always been huge mobs of people prepared to destroy themselves and others in the name of some dubious religion, political or philosophical belief. Lack of critical thinking is not a new phenomenon.
The only difference is that modern mass communications have democratised the process. Instead of killing millions for a few big delusions like Jesus, Mohammed, or the Sun God, people are now fighting over thousands of little delusions.
Instead of a small number of powerful people spreading nonsense to the masses, the masses are making up their own nonsense.
Amen, Brother!!!

I just found a reason to travel to London
How do I get to Barbican and where should I stay?

The Guardian: Comedy Wildlife Photo finalists – in pictures | World news.
That raccoon has its hand on backwards, yes? Opposing thumb on the wrong side.
Could be my very bad eyesight though. lol
Or maybe the racoon is twisting the hand back and forth, as in “Meh!”
I think its thumb is pointing forward and its pinky is sticking out cause it is a very refined coon. Tea anyone?
