Unless one is wearing the god-aweful lipstick.
Oh I had that one. I stood outside the market and reached the NPCs from the side, and the interaction opened and there was no UI to interact with. The NPC was stuck in a loop gesticulating and talking, which was funny for a moment until I realised I would have to hard quit without saving my last few changes. Oh well!
I had the NPC appear during the first phase of construction. Out of curiosity, I interacted with him and I got no UI, got stuck there, ctrl+alt+del didn’t work either, then had to reset my whole PC. Lol
3 days in a row, I have started up Steam and found I was getting a very small patch for NMS. Like 200+ kbs…anyone know anything about this? I have also been having a lot of reverification of my copy of NMS.
Strange things are happening in my game. I died today because as I flew back to the planet I just left, it took too long for the volcanoes to appear.
I died inside of one.
But that’s ok. I had just saved before leaving this planet. So I reloaded. But when I spawned, the entire planet was taking too long to materialize…
Only this is not the same planet
It is another planet in the same system that I had never been to because I had only been to the volcanic planet…
I noticed a tiny update as well, but haven’t started NMS since then. Sorry, can’t tell if there is a connection. In any case those glitches don’t look very conducive. Maybe I‘ll check on my settlement tomorrow if I snap out of my „this wiki about another space game is outdated, must update everything!!!“ spell
I had been out for a couple days, and I have automatic updates shut off on GoG. I just checked and don’t have any pending, so whatever they were they were Steam driven.
Must be getting close to 16.
and again today…about twice the size of the last 3 but, this is apparently the compressed size of the file
of course, I am in 3xperimental so they may be tweaking something.
I haven’t had not even a little time to do expedition 3. I was really hoping I could do so before it ends. Does anyone know how much time is left?
Probably meaningless but on ps5 I’ve been having glitches in my base systems last 2 days with bases partially loading on warp in. Reloading in the system fixes it though. Discovery server appeared to have went down briefly yesterday too.
4 Days…You might make it…if you stay up all night…
Exp3 can be completed in about 6-7 hours…if you focus.
and I just got another small patch and my game was validated again…I have never seen this happen before.
