Got lucky. Found a wrecked class A spaceship. Only had to claim it to get the expedition reward.

The On-Foot exploration counter is running even on my Freighter and on the Space Stations.

There’s another exploit you can do on space stations:

Go to the end of the space station to the right of the Station Core. Jetpack against the end wall of the station. Your jetpack will not use power when against the wall so you can do this and satisfy the Rocketman mission. As a bonus, you will clip through the wall and you can see the Station Core from a new angle.

On one of the Rendezvous planet someone was nice and built a wood walkway at the top of a mountain which extended to above the clouds. Had to take a running start and use some of the jetpack to go higher but had a nice view on the way down.

Grinding…i think 16 xplorer guild missions is excessive…

Yes. I am at level 1…just jumped about a dozen times to find an unclaimed system. Now I will settle down in this system and see how many quests I can knock out.

I don’t remember but if Explorer missions include the elimination of fauna and sentinels then these mission don’t have to be turned in to the local space station but can be turned in at any system. So, use the space station teleport to go from station to station and add the missions as you go. When you’ve gone through all the space stations then complete the mission requiring the highest number of eliminations - this will satisfy all the missions that require fewer eliminations.
