Although I believe we are aiming for System’s real-life sync times, you may very well be correct, so I recommend people not follow the swarm of wasps as if we all know what we’re doing. Indeed, many over on the NMSCord believe there may be a better/more official method of submitting our information soon - plenty of time to contribute in the morning if so!
Seems they just want the local time as it happens during a synchronization moment.
The bit I’m confused about is their last request, does this mean for us to send the snaps to Archies email rather than Systems?
Also are these the only synchronization moments? The ones that correspond to the Expedition mission resets? Or are there more? I see some people already taking photos but according to the times given, there isn’t an opportunity until 47 minutes from now
We have established a NMS day is 30 irl minutes, we will be able to work them out regardless of which sync point as long as we have the corresponding utc.
Also, I have time at the moment to be gathering data already.
I am not sure if he wants each one of us or someone to compile it all and send 1 email…or perhaps Archie will provide us a way to send the info thru a form?
Keep collecting pics at the sync times while we wait to see.
Folk on discord are saying it happens every 16 minutes, the times given above are just the three times it seems to fall exactly on the hour?
Though I’m getting a lot of conflicting data and times and figures so I’m personally not sure about any of it (have been away from the ARGverse for 24 hours so I feel like I may have missed a lot of info relating to this).
So I am going to take 3 pictures. took my first at 00:28, next will be at 00:44 and then at 01:00
Not sure if we are all to email archie individually, or if the wasperator email group will be collecting the data to send to archie, or if archie will even be setting up some sort of submission page… hard to really know what was meant by Systems request.
I think the best thing to do for now is just gather the data, send an email composed from the email group to ask archie what it is they want us to do, and then proceed once we have confirmation on how this data should be submitted, before we bombard their email address with individual operators firing off emails which was something I thought we were trying to avoid by making the group thing.
