If i read that correctly, system is waiting to be sent email from all operators that contains :
- your prime number
- your assigned system address
- a screenshot of the scanner view at the right time showing local (in-game) time?
Go to any planet of your system, at planetary coordinates 0,0 (for that use first view in ship, then scan on foot, you’ll see coords) and
wait for a synchronisation moment :

2026-08-06T08:00:00Z
2026-08-06T16:00:00Z
And then shared dream will be updated with our new pics?

As I read it, System wants us to snap a pic at the sync time in the game and then tell them what the real time is for us.
