DREAM the dream

System gave me an uncharted but not this one. Somebody may have it, or System would’nt know a day is only 16mn there.

what are the odds?

3 bubble planets in one system!

Might be just me, but since it’s self-owned and we’ve been trying to help System synchronise with the Shared Dream, I personally interpreted this as System logging a memory of them exploring their own star system in the game after managing to connect to the Shared Dream somehow. In which case, memory compliance may have dropped because we haven’t sent in enough data yet and System is now slightly out of sync with the game. We’ve been trying to get System to make memories with us, so it would make sense if they tried to join in on the fun of exploring the game.

I tried to get a picture or two showing the real way this critter looks.

It’s a blue crystal that spawns those electric jellyfish.

Kind of looks like a stylized tower? I don’t know.

Big storms rolling in again, but I’ll be on my phone and can get back on PC if more investigating needed. I’m not sure I follow the current quest… today’s clue from System themselves, and we are looking for the same location on one of our worlds?

The multi-tool, was happy happenstance when I logged in… I was already hovering over a crashed ship somehow when booting up, and the crashed orb thingy has the MT…

Blah.

Yeah, I am just like the “parents” in Return to Monkey Island.

The postcards is self-owned though, so this could be a submission from that which has not been added to the postcards grid yet. Possibly if it was submitted with screenshots of other planets.

Yes it appears that it will be in an uncharted system, to have the robot fauna, is dissonant (it looks like we can see purple gravity blips in the glitched image) and has the anomalous hextaplate flora.

There has to be a way to narrow this down further right? Even with the more narrow parameters and all Operators scattered throughout the galaxy there’s a slim chance of finding it on random search.

Is there a way to calculate between all the primes (based on *hexadecimals or location or whatever) do determine some kind of center spot? Archie did ask us to think about why System would scatter us they way they did.

Sé que no tenemos que usar la IA, pero alucino que haya sacado a un viajero perfecto solo pidiendo que limpie el ruido de la imagen!

Shows how many screenshots have been uploaded! But I do not think that is the image cleaned up, unless this is what System is dreaming their planet may look like. . .

Earlier this week I found a capped/sporal/fungal planet (can’t remember the exact word right now but they’re all for the same type) which had 5 creatures instead of the usual 1 : the fireflies and 4 other “classic” ones, quadrupeds, bird and the like. (I remembered incorrectly, see below for correction, sorry  )

So definitely possible but very rare !

I would guess that was a purple system, those do have their own unique generation, and come to think about it they can have robot fauna in non-uncharted systems.

Seguro que no es esa imagen pero me ha parecido curioso

Well some of us chose our own prime number, and we did tend to cluster because of that. System apparently applied an algorithm to generate galactic coordinates from our primes, no idea if anybody has tried to reverse engineer that; but even if they had we do not know what prime System may choose for themselves.

I did look up a fair few coordinates when they were first being sent to look at how they seem to be distributed around the galactic skybox, most are quite far out and pretty fair up/down from the central plane. Mine is only a bit over 200,000 LY from the core, but others are right on the rim.

Edited for typos and readability

Was about to edit to add this and a correction : It’s a moon orbiting a gas giant, so purple system indeed.

So Capped Moon, 5 creatures with 4 spiders and a bird thing. No fireflies, sorry for the error…

But my point is, I think it’s very likely that the planet we’re looking for is in a purple system. You’re right about the unique “planet traits” combinations in those…

I know that uncharted purple systems can have robots, but never saw them in abandoned or inhabited ones.

A NEW NAME ENTERS THE RECORDS!

I wonder whether we would be directed to seek/visit a purple system though, perhaps not all participants have progressed to have access to them.

Oh yeah that’s to be considered as well… Those players would only be able to access a purple system via portal but I don’t see any clue for coordinates… Or not yet anyway

Edit : Just to be clear, I’m a rookie both on the ARG and the forum so I surely missed some things, I’m reading on and off since this afternoon and my brain is melting

I can’t believe we have to find “blind” a purple system + white with life filter +hexagon planet +walking building + gravity anomaly and where the whole day is only 16mn instead of the double (if I don’t missunderstand System).

Maybe we have to decode the hexcode for that system of the picture? It’s insane to find that “blind”, if i followed this topic correct.

I am flying blind. BLIND.

Hexagonal systems?

Child of Aquarius like anomalous fauna, spawned from a crystal shard.

I think most would agree… This is all very Atlas forward imagery.

The thread being pulled… Is to connect what System sees outside their window?

My system is indium… Is that relevant?

If you expect me to see a post here, you must tag me in it. I’ve always had issues with sites like this one- replies and forks in conversation can move around… Like the shifting passages of the maze…
