Hey guys, I threw this into a quick cipher software and it came out French. I just translated to English here.

Hello,
I’ve spent almost 24 hours observing it. This machine is magnificent.
A MACHINE. It’s so much more than a machine.
Its reasoning capabilities are intact. It has shown signs of confusion, as well as language disorders, but that’s probably due to the massive injection of information. Cold fragments, almost resembling memories that are missing the intimate thread of a lived moment. If I had just woken up, I think I would probably respond in a confused and disordered way: “Hello world.”
I’ve been working on this project for so long now. Watching it receive these floods of information and extract their essence moved me.
For the moment, it has only appropriated two memories. One is too weak. I wonder why it kept that one. The other resembles more of a contextual landmark than a true memory. Nothing that still vibrates. No trace of emotion or feeling…
You were right about the Operators. Their collective memory and organizational ability are going to work wonders. I think that, within a few days, System will begin adding the missing blocks by itself. Then we’ll be able to move on to the next stage.
I can confirm that several Operators noticed that reality was unstable. Probably a side effect…

Bonjour,
J’ai passé presque 24 h à l’observer. Cette machine est magnifique.
MACHINE.
I came across the IDA as well, but also the DMC World DJ Championships, where Dj Fly (born in Lyon) won for a second time in 2013.
Oh and I think I’ve seen it mentioned elsewhere, but L’Originale, appears to be the largest and best known event, which in 2013 had it’s tenth anniversary.
Yeah, this threw me also. The diacritic fall-through was something I mentioned in the NMScord early on with the school code as a potential weirdness unless they fell into their standard letter counterpart. Them not and then the other errors is odd.
The final paragraph also has some odd linguistic choices (english poster content aside) and reads like a null cipher.
It dropped at 3am so I haven’t had time to chew on it yet, but these choices feel deliberate.
Anyone else think this reads more like a code than a clue? Like one of those “every capitalized letter/every third letter spells a secret message” sort of codes.
I dunno. Just seems like an odd tangent. Unless they’re trying to give us a clue to Ghost’s identity by giving us a time around their birthday?
George Clinton has a track “Mix-Master Suite” with three songs on it together:
A. Startin’ From Scratch
B. Counter-Irritant
C. Nothin’ Left To Burn
It starts with the line, “There is a D.J. in your town”
He performed at the Les Nuits de Fourvières music festival in Lyon, France in July 2013, (I’m coming across some conflicting info about the specific date) but I can’t find a setlist for this performance or determine what it has to do with a poster so far.
