So… the Atlas is multiple entities, ‘Creators’? And they are also part of the simulation, therefore not real? So many questions.
Before WT hit, we were of the mind that NMS is a simulation and Atlas is part of the operating system, or possibly an entity, hard to say about Atlas… But NMS is a sim. These read as if we (traveller) are the same race that created him/sim/both.
The bit about changes is very similar to how our updates work if they make any changes to procgen. We (r/NMSPortals) talked about these at length before, but WT sets a new light on them.
