It’s a ‘xenocolony planet’ and I have never seen one before either. Standard parffinium and starbulb ecology, with great weather and crystal blue water. It just looks exotic and cool.

HG snuck some interesting combos into the game. These planets are fun to find. My permadeath game landed me on a snow-covered planet scattered with Rattle Spines.
