I’ve been checking, nothing as of now, nothing on X either.
Technically my question could be considered answered as the purpose of systemwas intended to bring back Arnauds memory and tower was to interface with system. But I’m curious if that intention has changed since the revelations as of late changed the narrative since the question was asked.
A worry and a question many operators have brought up.

As I’ve said a few times, having memories that belong to others isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes we grow and learn from other peoples experiences, or we come to understand the people in our lives better from the personal memories they share with us.
It certainly helps stengthen bonds. I think System would be grateful to get to know us on this level, I think they would feel regret if they never got the chance to know us at all.
And on this journey we take together along the way, I think system will come away with many memories of it’s own from this little Adventure of Remembering that we are all undertaking.
Q7- can System create it’s own memories? Will we see that happen?
I think it already has made it’s own memories. It’s own rebirth is a memory it has shared with us.
And while it may not have logged all of its memories, the conversations its had with us in recent weeks, where it came clean about how and why it decieved Archie and us, is certainly pulling from memories it has of itself over the 3 years in which it has been Awake.
re: Q8 - how are these things “incomplete”? additionally, this seems like a curveball Uh-Oh Factor:
Why would System decide not to include any memory, assuming it is “complete?” What’s that criteria? Did it get swiped during those 16 seconds?
They initially expected a much larger group… The 200k+ windows? But all they got was us. Is this a disappointment or are we heroes?
And at least 3 of those unusable submissions are mine due to hitting ENTER when I shouldn’t have
I doubt they expected the ARG participants to match the Steam Launch Day numbers; 212,613 was just chosen as a nod to that recorded number.
Only 19,000-ish of those windows are primes though 
I don’t think they expected that many either, it would be more just a wider pool of choice for Primes for participants to choose from.
I think maybe 500-700 participants might have been more in-line with expected projections for an ARG. The 135 active participants is still a nice number from our perspective, makes it a little easier for us to get to know and recognise eachother, like a communal village.
The figures from ETARC stats on the About page does show that we have on average about 30-80 lurkers too depending on the week and what’s happening with the ARG at the time. This last week has been lowest I’ve seen it but we’ve all been on a bit of downtime here lately after the Virus was contained. At the height of the ARG when we had all those sign ups, we started averaging about 300 unique visitors a week. These days it can hover anywhere between 160-220 unique weekly visitors.
We were a quarter million for WT so I can understand they are surprised we are less than 1000 for “potentially” 250.000
That makes wonder age profile of ARG players. Is this a generationnal issue, or more platform-related, or else? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Reddit’s blocking the architect at beginning may have play a role in this. IIRC, during WT, we had lot of things with this way of communication… Until Edison/Etarc forums became home for some of us. (Frankly, still using /r but a shift of mentality in some communities is noticeable)
Time to put down these pinky-tinted glasses and stop looking the past… May be system should do the same? A bright future is ahead.

Yeah a few people seem to have tried to drive engagement on reddit for the ARG over the last few weeks but it doesn’t seem to garner much attention or people feel like they’re being “tricked” into participating in something that isn’t official or something.
I think how websites like that have begun to operate has altered how some peoples brains work, they can’t seem to enjoy things just for the sake of enjoying them.
It doesn’t matter to me either way if its official or not but part of me kinda wants it to be now, just so I can see what sort of whining posts that will illicit from morons about how “unfair” HG were for not telling them it was official in advance.
And of course rather than blame themselves for not just joining in, they will blame everyone else for not telling them it was official. Just a salty ocean of bad takes will emerge.
As fans of this game they should be in awe and supportive of this incredible thing a bunch of fans have unofficially built. Either way I don’t really understand why they wouldn’t be on board with supporting it, even if they don’t have the time to participate in it themselves.
A lot has changed in the collective consciousness in the last 8 years tbh. There has been a huge temporal shift that is undeniable and I think we lost a lot of healthy minds to the ragebait rabbit holes they got trapped in when we went into lockdown and everyone had to live their lives terminally online for that period. Some people just weren’t mentally trained to avoid the pitfalls the internets worst had laid out for them.

I also would like some sort of special outcome. One that would let us walk the NMS verse forever with our noses in the air while the peons around us simper. 
Already get to do that with out Atlas Passes and cool jackets

Que un aficionado como yo que desde mi país , estoy disfrutando del ARG sea oficial o no y que me a hecho establecer contacto con gente adulta literalmente, y esta consiguiendo que aprenda y consiga entretenerme no esta mal hecho ni mucho menos , pero puede que entre la desconfianza y pereza esperarán al resultado para quejarse , y se van a quejar igual sea cual sea el desenlace , que es de hellogames de lujo que no , pues tambien por lo menos desde mi punto de vista, vamos hay máquinas!!!
PSS really struggled to overcome the “official/unofficial” barrier, in my opinion. I find this really disappointing, echoing others’ input already, as I suspect a lack of interest from the wider NMS community hinged on whether it was official.
It leads me to believe that Waking Titan did so well not solely because of it’s masterful puzzling, live drops and the like. It thrived on that Certified Official status, drawing in a wider pool of people who weren’t there for the ARG first and No Man’s Sky lore/teasers second. This put PSS in a tricky spot, with a community already primed (hah) to desire Super Duper Official loredumps and teaser audio. The medium itself, the ARG we all played, didn’t matter all that much to the average player.
It is a shame, and I feel for our Puppet Masters. Their talent has been disregarded by hundreds (or thousands?) of people. I try not to be too harsh on others for how they spend their time or interact with ultimately unimportant parts of life. But I love this ARG, and it’s community, and think both deserved more in the moment.
If nothing else, I’ll also keep my fingers crossed for YBM’s awesome MAIN FAM decal getting in the next round of community research, as many others are hoping will happen too. As good a publicity boost as any

Just to discuss this a bit. At the base of the question, which could not be asked at the time due to insufficient knowledge of the narrative, trying to remember 2016 it’s what system is doing, but why. What’s the purpose of doing so. But I don’t think that’s a question Archie can answer

That answer was great.
Confirmed what I was saying all along, it attacked that memory first because it was systems memory of its origin, and system was able to restore it because its a strong memory they have, no doubt something they have heavily “backed up”.
I mentioned early on that was probably why it made the corrupted r3b1rth copy too, as an extra fail safe. A very early nudge at what the plan to trap it should have been too.
Its a sub-program thats part of systems core, its seemingly always going to be there. All we did was satiate it and trick it into thinking it achieved its prime directive, causing it to close down and stop the program from running. We could very easily wake it up again.
The last three questions answers have brought up system and its memories quite a bit. I think this is intended to helps us hone in on our current task a lot better. The trigger. Its definitely seeming like a sentience safeguard built into whatever system was originally.
