The system containing Tucson also contains the same planets found in the holographic chart projector. Kusamoto had been searching for months for such a system when he happened upon this one.

Does the date (October 30th, 2016) actually match the event described (AK finding the system matching the holographic projector)?

I initially assumed that, since AK joined in 2017, the event described couldn’t have actually been from 2016, and this timestamp should be ascribed to the Galactic Hub Founding. Is that correct? If so, super weird that it’s stable, but maybe “stable” doesn’t mean “accurate”. Very interesting.
