16 Hallucinations (15 Hallucinations and 1 Vision) was solved by figuring out that each image related to an update or coverage of the game.
While Operators struggled on figuring out the significance of Vision, and after a few more prods from System it led us to The Art Of No Mans Sky, the date present in the Eye Vase image.
Spurred on by @YourBasicMaths the following day, Operators started submitting memories and unix stamps tied to updates/dates related to the content within the 16 images.
This caused new Memory Bloc Integration entries to activated, some filled in near completion due to Operators submissions through the Memory Timestamp forms.
Below are the 15 Mem Bloc Integrations that were activated through this method by operators.
Only one I couldn’t track down was the exocraft at the gas station one but I’ve definitely seen it before.
Thing is, I’m not sure where… I may have seen it as it was originally posted, possibly on reddit during the Gas Price crisis? I’ve definitely seen it before though. Not sure if glitched.
Understood. Next thing just to check is which ones if any are glitched/altered from what was submitted in case we need to submit an accuracy report to @the_architect
For now though this is a beautiful snapshot of the wonderful stuff our community has been up to and I love it
It seems like all are intact, some may have been cropped slightly to fit the dimensions for this collage.
Sherals and Yourbasicmaths are the only two that have also had no digital trickery added to them afterwards, I wouldn’t really call the vignette and colour adjustments on the fidget spinner digital trickery in this context.
Captain steves is the only one that was entirely AI generated as he asked an image generator to make it, which makes it the completely odd one out of the bunch but I dunno if that’s the answer here…
Finding that gas station one is really bugging me. I feel like someone linked to it or shared it here over the months… if anyone can remember seeing this image (unaltered even?) from the past few months please help my brain out, I have been poring over reddit posts since this thing dropped.
That seems to be the current line of thinking, some people submitted stuff to mem bloc entry form relating to the photos, but a lot of the original posters are not around right now, either sleeping on either side of the world, or doing fathers day stuff.
The gas station image is such a mystery now, I wish we could track down the originator.
I carved my apple submission and just added some colour enhancement. : ) Sadly it wasn’t the apple of the architects eye. The 16 selected do look great together though and would make a nice table mat or set of coasters. : )
Regardless of whether it is used or not, and once I get new color ink for my printer and reprint the pics, , this is going into a scrapbook as a momento
I was seeing the bovine as the diplo and @Selfie-Gek’s Vulcan as the figure with arms upstretched. And those seem too obvious given how several others have oblique connections at best.
Looking up the glyphs online results in differing names depending on where you look.
Triangle may be called Atlas.
Hex may be called voxel.
Whale may be called fish.
And so on…
The images are arrange in an ascending (from top left to bottom right) order by hexadecimal value, so the dates might actually be the other way around
Awesome piece of memorabilia though! I might make something about these myself!
