(Cross post) Great minds and all that! 
I tried submitting a memory to say it never happened, but I used a timestamp of 0 (because, what date do you give a non-existent event?).
After I wondered if I should have used a different timestamp? The date the WT glyphs appeared? The memory bloc of the post? Or possibly I’m on the wrong track altogether, and there’s a different date time and event which would resolve the uncertainty?

Posted timestamp -369964800(estimated day of letter) as it is fiction it “never happened” but as books are understood to break time continuums(can be read, reread, read from front to back or back to front, paused and picked up at a later date, we exist outside of the timeframe of the book characters) I felt that was the biggest hint

Maybe the timestamp should be the date of publish of the book? Date of the start of the WF?

I kept seeing Réf. B-16 mentioned, but I believe it is actually Réf. B-161 (same 3 digit ID as the other post cards)

Yes, I also believed it to be cut off. I was unable to find a matching reference anywhere, no catalogue or alike. So who knows if it actually matched an Atomium card or another.

That explains why the font doesn’t seem to quite match then… the 1 is ever so slightly different unless my eyes are deceiving me? Hm…

Not quite clear what the 3rd number would be, but 1 being most likely, over a 7 anyway.

i think it’s the optical illusion, it’s one of the Atomium balls. The ground is the ground reflection and the “arch” is the top of the sphere, look carefully at the pattern and it looks like one of the side balls. They have a similar effect.
Just linking for the images - not saying anyone should have noticed that post. It was a bit manic at the time.

I think it’s a mocked up card, so that could be an artefact of the process? Not totally sure how though. So still open minded on it.

Just found a website that has a lot of postcards listed, both under ‘aktief’ (active for sale) and ‘verkocht’ (sold)
