For context, Junior Operator Beans is my 10 year old son and we had no idea what this was on the power pole. It just showed up one day, and my son said it’s sending signals to something. When I asked him what to take a picture of that was NMS glitching into our world he said that tower 
And this is GR3G. He’s a lost Sentinel made from random bits and whatnots around my home.
