Etarc.org Article on DSP with an Arduino

If I go on the main website and use the search without entering anything then it gives me a single article called “Can you do DSP with an Arduino?”(http://www.etarc.org/can-you-do-dsp-with-an-arduino/), which itself has a link to an original article that has the explaination on how to build an audio filter by yourself. here: https://gi1mic.github.io/

Could it be possible that this is a tool to decrypt hidden messages in the ARG?

There could be something useful on etarc.org itself but I think this are just articles pulled from the web to make the website/forum look like a real amateur radio site.

If I search for an empty string, I get every article that’s ever been posted on ETARC.
